Glucose sensing on reproducible and tunable plasmonic nanostructures formed on annealed coverslips coated with thin layers of gold and indium tin oxide

In the present study, coverslips were used as solid support for synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) through two annealing protocols at 550 °C: (i) monometallic Au NPs (Au-4 nm/3 h and Au-4 nm/8 NPs) (named one step annealing) (ii) ITO-Au hybrid 16 (ITO/Au Au/ITO steps annealing). The obtained active investigated their stability performances in aqueous saline buffer (PBS buffer) LSPR sensitivity related to changes refractive index (RI) air glucose solutions. experiments proved great annealed NPs, ITO/Au /16 Au/ITO/16 presence PBS buffer. Moreover, sensing low (0.2–3 mg/mL) high concentrations (25 % (w/v)) wet dry conditions on coated reproducible environmental RI over time is also reported.
